Production Department

Position:  Copy Writer

Qualifications:  Bachelor in English/Chinese/Communications related

Grade Level:   Entry level

Responsibility:   Commercial copywriting for clients specializing in Chinese-language media advertising; based upon information regarding client company’s business, products, goals, size and scope of media efforts required, apply knowledge of market conditions and develop creative side of  commercial and institutional advertising campaigns; assist in writing original copy in Chinese Mandarin language, including idiomatically and culturally correct slogans or translations of  existing English-language slogans, for commercial broadcast; propose text for review by clients; assist in ongoing assessment of effectiveness of advertising campaigns, revision of advertising copy for future placement, and continuing consultation with client companies to ascertain their goals and wishes.


Position:  Graphic Designer

Qualifications:  Bachelor in Art or related

Grade Level:  Junior level

Responsibility:  Conceptual design art work and copy layouts for producing still and animated graphic formats.  Perform 2D and 3D computer animation design for TV commercials, multimedia productions and on-air programs. Create illustrations and photographs for presentation. Strong knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic desirable animation design concepts.  Draws sample of finished layout and presents to client for approval. Supervision of other member of Graphic Designers assembling and preparing final layouts.  Review final layout, advise clients and suggest improvement as well.


Position:  Commercial Designer

Qualifications:  Bachelor in Art or related

Grade Level:  Junior level

Responsibility:   Originate and develop ideas to design appropriate packages for products and graphics for corporate clients including for use on the websites (day-to-day site design and creation) advertising. Consult with marketing, production, and sales departments to establish design requirements.  Research product packaging.  Develop package design considering factors such as type of product, target audiences, convenience in handling and storing, distinctiveness for identification by consumer, product display, and simplicity to minimize production costs. Evaluate design ideas based on factors such as theme and concept, appealing appearance, design-function relationships, materials and methods engineering, application, budget, price, production costs, methods of production scheduling, market characteristics. Integrate findings, concepts and  sketch design ideas for product packaging using computer design software. Present design to management and discuss need for modification and change. Develop and maintain design concepts for corporate identities, logos, catalogs pages, brochures, flyers, posters, uniforms, advertisement and graphics for advertising & marketing, including e-mail promotional materials and web projects as necessary. Create the above materials to maintain a unifying CIS (Corporate Identity System) using web and motion computer software and other two-dimensional graphic software.


Position:  Advertising Copywriter

Position:  Sr. Producer

Qualifications:  Bachelor or Master degree in Film and Video production or related

Grade Level:  Senior level

Responsibility:   Oversee all aspects of productions, including overall TV commercial, talk show, news gathering quality and survivability. Keeps the production moving along according to the timeline to ensure production dates are met and make sure the manpower are under control.  Manage graphic designers, editors, production crew even deal with advertising clients. Have a good understanding of all the various jobs involved in creating TV commercial, infomercial, documentary video or television show and can hands on production works if necessary.


Marketing Department

Position:  Research Analyst

Qualifications:  Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Sociology or related

Grade Level:  Junior level

Responsibility:  Plan, design, and conduct focus group research aiming to gather an in-depth understanding of viewer behavior, perceptions, opinions, beliefs and attitudes towards a product, service, concept, advertisement, idea, or packaging for our clients’ TV commercials. Investigate the why and how of consumer decision making.  Review and analyze economic and statistical data such as consumer spending, government spending, customer preferences and buying habits and consumer reaction to new products and package designs, using surveys and tests, and measure effectiveness of advertising media to aid in sale of goods and services in order to prepare reports detailing results of investigation, and to stay abreast of economic changes in the United States and foreign countries. Establish research methodology and design format for data gathering from surveys, opinion polls, and questionnaires to ensure efficient economic research in advertising utilizing knowledge of available sources of data and various econometric and sampling techniques. Formulate recommendations, policies, or plans to aid in market interpretation or solution of economic problems. Provide recommendation and changes for specific products for a specific group of clients, what media channels should be selected, what methods of promotion should be adopted. Translate complex numerical jargons into non-technical written text for management. In the report, explain what methodology was utilized to conduct the focus group research, findings obtained, conclusion reached and recommendations made. Attend staff conferences to submit findings and proposal to management, so that the management can adjust its orientation and operation to meet the new potential market demand accordingly.


Position:   Social Media Analyst

Qualifications:   Bachelor in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or Sociology or related. Strong verbal and written skills in English.

Grade Level:   Junior level

Responsibility:   Strategic direction for clients, preparation and maintenance of media plans, research and negotiation of media buys, evaluation of media, value-added and promotional opportunity,  rate estimation for broadcast and internet media, processing of insertion orders and estimates,  Monitoring and tracking of campaign leads and traffic, support of new business and research efforts.

 


Accounting Department

Position:  Financial and Business Analyst

Qualifications:  Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting

Grade Level:  Sr. level

Responsibility:  Develop company’s new business plan by preparing and analyzing relevant date such as financial report, budgets, cost, and problems  involved etc;   Analyze financial information and prepare periodical or timely analytical reports to reflect the company’s business performance  and financial status for the company management to make possible business policy adjustment or amendment;   Analyze new business operations, trends, costs, revenues and financial commitments to project future revenues and expenses;  Prepare, review and verify financial documents such as invoices and statements, total, balance, and reconcile billing vouchers to ensure completeness and accuracy of data on accounts;  Process Federal Universal Service Fund (FUSF) contributions, federal employment taxes, state income tax, and state sales tax; And plan budgets and manage asset by offering professional suggestions based on systematic financial research and analysis of the company’s business performance in relation to market changes and needs.


Web Development Department

Position:   Sr. Web Designer

Qualifications:  Bachelor in Computer Science or related, Master degree is highly desired

Grade Level:  Sr. level

Responsibility:  Require high proficiency of HTML5, CSS3, DJango, Python, JavaScript, ASP and Database administration experiences. Willingness and ability to research and learn new web related technologies. Working knowledge of web development software: MySQL, Flash, Dreamweaver, Microsoft SQL, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Three years experience in Web site development and maintenance.  English/Chinese bilingual is highly desired.


Position:  Web Designer

Qualifications:  Bachelor in Computer Science or Equivalent

Responsibility:  The primary role of this position is to act as a member of the Web Integration Team. This individual will work on the portal application also integrates tightly with infrastructure such as firewalls, media servers, private clouds and numerous other components.
